Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Counselor (LCSW / LMFT) in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups related to Substance Use Disorders (SUD)
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques in group and individual formats
• Provide evidence-based SUD services and prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• Independent clinical state licensure (LCSW or LMFT) required
• At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills
• Ability to manage crisis intervention remotely and facilitate therapeutic groups
