Texas Licensed Recovery Counselor

Job Summary

Providing clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders, the full-time Texas Licensed Recovery Counselor will co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques while working remotely on a 4x10 schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support groups on SUD-related topics
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in both group and individual formats
• Prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards while completing evaluations for program enrollment

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree required
• Independent clinical Texas state licensure (LCSW or LMFT) required
• At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing skills
• Experience facilitating groups using therapeutic interventions
