Job Summary
Providing clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders, the full-time Texas Licensed Recovery Counselor will co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques while working remotely on a 4x10 schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups and support groups on SUD-related topics
- Utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in both group and individual formats
- Prepare documentation in accordance with organizational and state standards while completing evaluations for program enrollment
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree required
- Independent clinical Texas state licensure (LCSW or LMFT) required
- At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing skills
- Experience facilitating groups using therapeutic interventions
