Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for past due accounts and delinquent balances through direct customer contact
• Assess consumer financial conditions and determine reasons for delinquency to find solutions
• Maintain customer accounts throughout the collection process, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies
