Job Summary

Offering peer support and guidance, the full-time Texas Licensed Recovery Specialist will manage a caseload of members remotely, providing assistance through text and video, monitoring tests, and collaborating with clinical teams to support recovery journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Provide peer support via text and video, being a consistent presence for members
• Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video and collaborate with clinical teams
• Develop and track personalized relapse prevention plans while conducting weekly check-ins

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of continuous sobriety and willingness to share personal recovery experience
• Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in Texas
• Experience in case management, counseling, or similar roles is preferred
• Comfortable using apps and video calls; willingness to learn new technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
