Job Summary
Offering peer support and guidance, the full-time Texas Licensed Recovery Specialist will manage a caseload of members remotely, providing assistance through text and video, monitoring tests, and collaborating with clinical teams to support recovery journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Provide peer support via text and video, being a consistent presence for members
- Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video and collaborate with clinical teams
- Develop and track personalized relapse prevention plans while conducting weekly check-ins
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of continuous sobriety and willingness to share personal recovery experience
- Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in Texas
- Experience in case management, counseling, or similar roles is preferred
- Comfortable using apps and video calls; willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
