Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator for a remote position in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process referral requests and authorizations while ensuring high standards for patient experience
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including payors, employers, and patients, regarding referrals and appointments
  • Participate in quality assurance processes and identify trends for improving referral capture
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a medical environment related to service delivery
  • Experience with Worker's Compensation is preferred
  • Proficiency with scheduling and insurance verification software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with laws and policies
