Job Summary

To enhance patient care, the full-time Texas Licensed Referral Trainer will design and facilitate technical and soft-skill training for adult learners, ensuring a world-class patient experience while working during day shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical (EPIC) and soft-skill training for adult learners
• Ensure a positive onboarding and training experience to retain talent
• Collaborate with Operations and Support departments to develop recurrent education for Schedulers

Required qualifications

• Associate degree
• 2+ years of healthcare work experience, including hospital patient accounting and clinical software
• Required Epic training certification
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and healthcare financial software
• Bachelor's degree preferred
