Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Regional Director will manage regional operations, oversee workload distribution, and collaborate with clinical teams while requiring minimal travel to Austin, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned region, including workload distribution, team meetings, and productivity tracking
- Review and audit packet submissions to insurance funders and conduct peer reviews for authorization requests
- Collaborate with Area Directors and clinical teams to address case-specific needs based on medical necessity criteria
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Preferred experience with insurance processes
- Working knowledge of healthcare communication regulations, privacy laws, and HIPAA
- Ability to meet the recommendations of regional leadership
