Key Responsibilities
  • Support talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
  • Guide Field Leadership on HR policies and compliance training
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend HR strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Progressive HR generalist experience
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience in retail/pawn and multi-unit operations preferred
