Key Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
- Guide Field Leadership on HR policies and compliance training
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend HR strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Progressive HR generalist experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience in retail/pawn and multi-unit operations preferred
