Job Summary
Supporting field operations in Texas, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Regional HR Manager will manage talent acquisition, Team Member development, and compensation administration while guiding HR policies and processes to align with the organization's strategic objectives and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with field operations to support staffing, performance management, and Team Member development
- Oversee recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes to fill vacant positions in a timely manner
- Conduct HR training and provide guidance on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Progressive Human Resources generalist experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience in retail/pawn and multi-unit environments preferred
