Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect financial professionals and TPAs to drive sales of retirement plan products
• Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan products and services
• Maintain relationships with clients and manage territory development with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in retirement plans and financial services
• Life insurance license and willingness to obtain necessary securities licenses
• Proactive selling skills are essential
• High level of professionalism and strong analytical skills
