Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Life Insurance (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategies to grow life insurance production and transition health insurance producers into life producers
• Recruit and develop new life insurance producers while managing onboarding, training, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruiting messaging and producer experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in life insurance products and sales processes
• Active Life & Health Insurance License or expected to attain within the first 3 months
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proven success in developing profitable life insurance premium growth through independent producers
