Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Texas Licensed Regional Sales Director will drive sales growth, manage operations, and contribute to the success of the organization in the EdTech sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the North America regional sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strategically direct sales activities, tracking pipeline health and deal progression to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent to expand subscriptions of educational and scientific video titles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in EdTech, SaaS, or STEM publishing industries
- 10+ years of overall sales experience
- Proven track record of driving sustained revenue growth with high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar platforms
