Job Summary
To deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, the full-time Texas Licensed Registered Nurse will conduct phone triage, supervise medical assistants, and monitor daily operations while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in Austin, Texas.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and determine appropriate care pathways
- Supervise and support medical assistants in daily clinical tasks, ensuring adherence to protocols
- Monitor daily operations to maintain patient flow and optimize scheduling processes
Required qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS/CPR certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Primary Care or Emergency Room settings
- Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
