Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive policies, standards, and procedures for regulatory compliance
• Present regulatory updates to senior leadership and review facility environmental reports
• Collaborate with compliance teams and manage the acquisition and renewal of environmental permits/licenses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance management
• Proven track record of managing regulatory compliance in a corporate setting
• Experience working with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies
• Strong understanding of Sara Title II reporting requirements
