Job Summary
Offering a part-time freelance opportunity, the Texas Licensed Regulatory Compliance Manager will engage in project-based tasks related to evaluating and improving AI systems, including designing compliance scenarios and drafting regulatory documentation remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evaluate compliance scenarios against specific regulations, citing applicable subsections
- Draft OFAC/sanctions alert disposition cases and develop quarterly compliance testing scenarios
- Create policy gap identification cases and document all test cases with verified regulatory citations
Required qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Law, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of hands-on U.S. consumer banking compliance experience
- Strong citation discipline with the ability to identify exact CFR subsections
- Working knowledge of U.S. consumer protection regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation E
- CRCM or CAMS credential is preferred; familiarity with examination management is a plus
