Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory & Product Counsel to navigate legal complexities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyze laws impacting the platform and deliver actionable guidance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support real-time decision-making
• Manage compliance frameworks, perform audits, and coordinate regulatory inquiries

Required Qualifications

• J.D. with an active bar license (TX, FL, or GA preferred)
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FCRA, Fair Housing, and data privacy
• Experience working with Product, Marketing, or Operations teams
• Ability to manage high-volume legal inquiries and prioritize effectively
