Job Summary

To influence the development of AI career guidance systems, experienced Texas Licensed Rehabilitation Therapists will work remotely on a flexible, contract basis, reviewing career-related inquiries and providing expert-level responses grounded in clinical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to career-related questions from rehabilitation professionals at various career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert guidance based on real clinical experience
• Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the quality and accuracy of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related professional
• Strong understanding of healthcare career progression and clinical licensing, particularly in Texas
• Experience mentoring students or junior colleagues is advantageous
• Excellent written communication skills for delivering clear and actionable advice
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
