Texas Licensed Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Reimbursements for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage strategic reimbursement initiatives, including analysis of legislation and rules
• Evaluate financial and reimbursement impacts and communicate results across the organization
• Oversee complex strategic initiatives related to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
• 4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory roles
