Texas Licensed Remote Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks
• Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and clinical leadership

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
