Job Summary
To ensure high-quality research operations in the Head & Neck Surgery division, the full-time Texas Licensed Research Nurse Manager will oversee study activities, manage research staff, and collaborate with principal investigators to implement and evaluate clinical trials in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the organization and implementation of study activities, including training and mentoring research staff
- Manages protocol planning and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective patient care
- Assists in financial management of research protocols, including budget planning and tracking patient-related costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of registered nursing experience, including 2 years in research nursing and 2 years in a supervisory role
- Texas State Professional Nursing License (RN) upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Successful completion of LEADing Self programs may substitute for supervisory experience
