Job Summary
Leading clinical research efforts, the full-time Texas Licensed Research Nurse Supervisor will oversee research protocols, coordinate patient care, and support operational excellence within the GI Medical Oncology department while working onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the operation of multiple clinical research protocols and facilitate patient care activities
- Mentor and develop newly hired research nurses while overseeing staff productivity and performance
- Collaborate on quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Four years of registered nursing experience, including one year in research nursing and one year in a supervisory or project management role
- Texas RN state licensure
- BLS certification
- Experience in clinical research and oncology nursing is preferred
