Texas Licensed Research Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Specialist who will work from home and must reside in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Process child support payments in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Research and document actions taken regarding unidentified payments
• Coordinate with various entities to distribute child support funds to appropriate recipients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in SDU payment processing or research
• Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Fluency in English is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible with work schedules, including potential overtime
