Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Reservation Associate in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pet parents with booking grooming, boarding, and training services through inbound calls
• Drive sales by presenting additional services while ensuring accurate documentation of information
• Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Exceptional technical skills for managing multiple computer systems
• Call center and/or sales experience preferred
