Job Summary

Reviewing residential and non-complex commercial appraisals, the full-time Texas Licensed Residential Appraiser will conduct thorough desk reviews, analyze appraisal results, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete desk reviews of appraisals to assess compliance with company and investor guidelines
• Analyze and interpret appraisal results, addressing various factors affecting property values
• Ensure adherence to Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice and explain policies to internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed or trainee appraiser
• Appraisal Certification, License, or Assistance License preferred
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
