Job Summary
Reviewing residential and non-complex commercial appraisals, the full-time Texas Licensed Residential Appraiser will conduct thorough desk reviews, analyze appraisal results, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete desk reviews of appraisals to assess compliance with company and investor guidelines
- Analyze and interpret appraisal results, addressing various factors affecting property values
- Ensure adherence to Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice and explain policies to internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed or trainee appraiser
- Appraisal Certification, License, or Assistance License preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
