Job Summary

Texas Licensed Retirement Planner, this full-time position involves delivering complex guidance to retirement plan participants, facilitating 1:1 meetings, and achieving sales targets while managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate high-quality meetings with retirement plan participants to provide personalized financial solutions
  • Generate sales and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive business growth
  • Create awareness around retirement readiness and influence customer actions to improve their retirement situations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of investment sales or financial planning experience
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 65/66 must be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Pursuit of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation within 90 days if not already possessed
  • Proven track record in generating sales and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients
