Texas Licensed Retirement Planner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Retirement Planner will provide education and guidance to workplace retirement plan participants, helping them understand and maximize their benefits while working remotely within a 90-mile radius of Houston.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new participants by educating them on company matches and investment strategies
• Engage participants in needs-based analysis to identify suitable retirement solutions
• Provide general education on retirement readiness and articulate Fidelity Viewpoints to clients

Required qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services highly desirable
• Previous phone center experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results
