Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new participants into workplace plans by providing education on savings and investment strategies
• Support consolidation inquiries and offer suitable solutions for retirement plan participants
• Engage participants in needs-based analysis to identify appropriate retirement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services highly desirable
• Previous phone center experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer results
