Texas Licensed Retirement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Specialist in Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 66, and State Variable Life & Health licenses within 120 days of start date
• Engage 401k / 403b participants to assist and educate them on investment, insurance, and retirement planning strategies
• Demonstrate ownership of client issues and provide excellent service to strengthen client loyalty

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of relevant industry or customer service experience
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 120 days of start date; having SIE in advance is preferred but not required
• Participation in paid, industry-leading training programs to acquire necessary licenses
• Experience in building relationships and working collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
