Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-focused, standardized, and compliant revenue cycle support
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle team members to meet financial objectives
Identify and resolve inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
5 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
3 years experience with EPIC or MEDITECH and data reporting functions
3 years experience working with Revenue Cycle teams
Experience in a high production, deadline-oriented environment
