Texas Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end revenue cycle operations, the remote Senior Manager - Revenue Cycle will oversee claims management, payment posting, denials and appeals, and accounts receivable while collaborating with clinical and finance teams to optimize cash flow and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable processes
• Monitor billing staff for accuracy and provide proactive oversight to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Report key performance indicators to leadership and implement corrective action plans to address operational deficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 7+ years' experience in revenue cycle/healthcare, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with Athena required
• Strong knowledge of third-party reimbursement and regulatory claims billing
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
