Job Summary

Handling all incoming patient billing inquiries, the full-time Texas Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist will settle account balances, resolve claim issues, and provide reimbursement assistance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into the computer system and manage patient billing inquiries
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to provide medical records and handle patient communications regarding outstanding balances
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments in the EHR while ensuring superior customer service

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in medical billing, claims processing, and collections
• Understanding of insurance remits and remark codes
• Proficient in using computer systems, data entry, and MS Office
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
