Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Educator II to develop and conduct presentations on coding, billing, and compliance topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and respond to coding, documentation, and reimbursement inquiries to ensure compliance and optimal reimbursement
• Conduct education for new providers on coding and documentation practices, including pre-bill reviews
• Perform billing compliance reviews and summarize audit outcomes while providing necessary education

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a professional billing environment focused on coding, auditing, and compliance
• Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC), Coding Specialist (CCS), or Medical Coder (CMC)
• Associate's Degree or two years of college is preferred
• Certification as a Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) is desired upon hire
