Job Summary

To maximize hotel revenue and outperform competitors, the full-time Texas Licensed Area Director of Revenue Management will direct strategies for pricing and distribution, oversee revenue management analytics, and provide mentorship to hotel teams, with potential remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the execution of strategies to maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage
• Manage revenue management analytics to support and evaluate hotel business strategies
• Produce accurate revenue forecasts to help set hotel goals and enhance competitive positioning

Required qualifications

• 3 years in a Director level position in hotel industry revenue management discipline required
• Intermediate or expert skill level in Microsoft Office suite and revenue management software
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and motivational leadership qualities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
