Job Summary
As a full-time Texas Licensed Risk Management Manager, the successful candidate will lead critical components of global insurance and risk management programs, focusing on insurance procurement, claims management, and developing cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct corporate insurance program renewals and strategy, presenting insights to senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers and brokers to optimize program outcomes
- Oversee captive insurance operations, including regulatory compliance and claims management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Insurance/Risk Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in risk management and/or insurance within a multinational organization
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (MBA, JD, ARM, CRIS, CPCU, CRM) preferred
- Experience in U.S. Government contracting environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and influence senior decision-making
