Job Summary

To facilitate patient care and recovery, the part-time Texas Licensed RN Concurrent Review will conduct telephonic monitoring and documentation of medical treatments, ensuring compliance with established guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and document medical treatment via telephonic communication to assess compliance with established criteria
• Collaborate with Medical Management Physician leadership and internal departments to support patient discharge planning
• Track patient progress toward recovery and identify ongoing care needs for specified populations

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
• Active Texas RN license or multistate compact RN license
• 5+ years of nursing experience in concurrent review
• Knowledge of managed care principles
