Job Summary
To provide comprehensive patient care, the part-time Texas Licensed RN Home Health will assess patients in home health and hospice settings, implement and evaluate care plans, and educate patients and families while working remotely with local travel requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
- Implement, develop, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care for quality and continuity of care
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to home health aides and other support staff
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state Registered Nurse license
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Good-standing with mandatory continuing education requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
