Job Summary
To support the operations of the Hematology/Oncology Clinic, the remote Texas Licensed RN Supervisor will oversee daily clinical responsibilities, ensure effective patient care delivery, and actively participate in Cancer Center accreditation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical operations of the Hematology/Oncology Clinic and related services
- Ensure the delivery of competent and compassionate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Participate in Cancer Center accreditation processes and maintain compliance with standards
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an approved RN program
- Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas
- Completion of ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Course or Radiation Therapy Certificate Course within 3 months of employment
- 4+ years of clinical RN experience with at least 1 year in oncology or infusion specialty
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
