Job Summary
To support patient care, the part-time Texas Licensed RN Telehealth Triage will manage incoming calls, assess patient needs using triage guidelines, and facilitate referrals while working remotely in Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for incoming calls from patients, physicians, and healthcare organizations
- Assess patients using the nursing process and triage guidelines to offer appropriate care options
- Facilitate referrals to primary care providers, specialists, and community resources
Required qualifications
- Associates of Applied Science in Nursing
- Current RN license to practice professional nursing in Texas
- 5+ years of progressive clinical RN experience in an acute care setting
- Proven basic PC skills including Windows Operating System
- Demonstrated typing skills of 30 WPM
