Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Kidney RN Transplant Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments of patients
• Develop and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care based on patient assessments and needs
• Provide education and support to patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans and post-discharge needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing
• 3 to 4 years of Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care experience
• Current Texas RN license or NLC Nursing Licensure Compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
