Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director - Counter Affidavit for the Texas Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business with Texas-based defense attorneys and law firms
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
• Educate clients on the value of Counter Affidavits in litigation cost control

Required Qualifications and Education

• 4-year College degree (BA/BS) preferred or relevant industry experience
• Proven success in legal services, medical review, or expert witness sales
• Strong understanding of injury litigation and medical billing disputes
• Ability to travel within Texas as needed
• Experience with CRM software for maintaining records and reports
