Job Summary
Driving revenue performance for the biopharma vertical, the full-time Texas Licensed Sales Director will lead and develop a team of Account Executives while executing strategic sales plans to expand subscriptions within pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue performance for the biopharma vertical, consistently meeting and exceeding growth targets
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand adoption of JoVE's research video library across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
Required qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth in high growth sales environments
- Strong experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
