Job Summary
Seeking a high-performing Texas Licensed Sales Executive, the full-time position will focus on driving new business growth by selling specialized financial risk solutions to middle market companies, while operating with autonomy and support from a recognized global brand.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by prospecting, developing, and closing middle market accounts through consultative selling
- Achieve annual revenue goals through new client acquisition and policy renewals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic networking and referrals
Required qualifications
- At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience in trade credit solutions or complex financial services
- Proven ability to sell to CFOs, Controllers, and senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated success in winning new clients and retaining long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active P&C license preferred, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
