Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Sales Executive, the full-time role will drive new business growth by selling specialized financial risk solutions to middle market companies, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by prospecting, developing, and closing middle market accounts through consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals through new client acquisition and policy renewals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic networking and referrals
Required qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in trade credit solutions or complex B2B solutions
- Proven success in selling to CFOs, business owners, and senior decision makers
- Demonstrated ability to win new clients and retain long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred; active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Experience in trade credit insurance is a plus but not required
