Job Summary

Driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers, the full-time Texas Licensed Sales Manager will lead sales activities, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and lead contract negotiations to close profitable deals
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to management while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development
  • Demonstrated success in generating revenue from both new and existing customers
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales staff
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
