Job Summary
Driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers, the full-time Texas Licensed Sales Manager will lead sales activities, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and manage a portfolio of key accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and lead contract negotiations to close profitable deals
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to management while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue from both new and existing customers
- Experience managing or mentoring sales staff
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
