Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Specialist, Renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive DRS renewals, swaps, and conversions for existing customers
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to reduce churn and enhance customer relationships
- Provide regular reporting on performance metrics and represent the company at trade shows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing relationships and selling complex solutions
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to create executive-level reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated success in selling premium solutions in a price-sensitive industry
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
