Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Specialist, Renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive DRS renewals, swaps, and conversions for existing customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to reduce churn and enhance customer relationships
  • Provide regular reporting on performance metrics and represent the company at trade shows
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing relationships and selling complex solutions
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven ability to create executive-level reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated success in selling premium solutions in a price-sensitive industry
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
