Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Sales NSS (PL - Direct Distribution).
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieves production objectives by supervising new business agent activities and coaching agents to meet sales goals
- Provides input into planning and monitoring sales plans and objectives, analyzing results for improvements
- Facilitates training for direct sales agents on products, sales techniques, and regulatory practices
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate studies in insurance, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred; college degree is a plus
- State licensing required for property/casualty and life products; must acquire licenses within designated time
- Five or more years of experience in sales and service of property/casualty and life insurance
- At least two years of insurance industry experience, with some supervisory and call center exposure preferred
- Advanced knowledge of personal lines and life insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements
