Texas Licensed SAP Finance Lead

Job Summary

To support a complex migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, the Texas Licensed SAP Finance RTR Lead will provide functional and technical consulting, oversee data migration, and ensure seamless integration while working primarily remotely with occasional onsite meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to map business requirements and provide expert guidance in the RTR workstream, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Develop and execute test plans and conduct user training to ensure system reliability and user proficiency in SAP S/4HANA functionalities
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and fostering strong relationships throughout the migration process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in RTR workstream, including implementation and support of related processes
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA is required
• Strong analytical skills with experience in end-to-end product costing processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
