Job Summary
Responsible for marketing a full range of banking services to SBA loan-eligible businesses, the full-time remote Texas Licensed SBA Business Officer will focus on client contact, loan origination, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Self-source SBA loan origination with an emphasis on client contact and analysis
- Review financial statements, structure loan proposals, and prepare credit packages
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent SBA lending experience
- Minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
- Experience with SBA loan origination
- Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
