Job Summary

To enhance scheduling workflows in an ambulatory setting, the remote Texas Licensed Scheduling Analyst will optimize Epic visit types and templates, provide EMR configuration support, and analyze provider schedules to drive operational improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Owns and optimizes Epic visit types, templates, and decision trees across outpatient service lines
  • Provides daily EMR scheduling support, troubleshooting issues, and leading training sessions for end users
  • Analyzes provider schedules and access metrics to identify variances and generate actionable insights for improvements
Required qualifications
  • At least 3 years of outpatient Epic scheduling experience
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPIC Cadence Certification (preferred upon hire)
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
