Job Summary

To support patient care coordination, the full-time Texas Licensed Scheduling RN will manage scheduling, virtual pre-admission testing, and care plans in a hybrid work environment, primarily remote after initial onsite training in the DFW area.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare choices while documenting learning needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community members to create and adjust care plans as needed
Required qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license
  • Minimum of 5 years of strong RN experience, including 2 years of cardiac experience
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of starting the role
  • Proficiency with technology and call center software
  • Strong communication skills essential for patient interaction and education
